RETURN RIGHTS

The return law provides 10 days to return the merchandise if you’re for any reason unsatisfied with your order. You have 10 days from the day receiving the products from Bakyard.biz.
To return the products, download the return form in .pdf form. Fill in the form and send it by registered mail with return receipt, to Flavor Graphix S.r.l., Via S. Zanobi, 77 50129 Florence (FI) ITALY.
You can also fax the form on number +39-178.827.178.05.
The package must be sent within 10 days after you received the merchandise, you have to send with a shipping Company at the same address indicated above.
The merchandise must be packaged properly to assure no harm is done.
If you respect all the indicated conditions Bakyard.biz will return your money using a credit allowance ( minus the cost of shipping and packaging) within 20 days of receiving the registered letter and merchandise.
The shipping cost of the returned merchandise will be on your charge. You will be informed by
e-mail if your returned goods cannot be accepted. In that case you can choose to take back the merchandise all on your charge, if you deny taking back the products Bakyard.biz has the right to keep the merchandise and the total amount corresponding to the products bought.

• Return Rights Conditions

If the following instructions are totally respected it’s your right to make use of the return condition.
The form must be filled in correctly and sent to Bakyard.biz in terms of time explained in the section above. The products must not have be used, washed or damaged.
The price tags and brand tags must not be removed or damaged. The product has to be returned in the original package with all the parts included. The returned goods must be sent together. The goods must be returned containing the whole order, if products from the same order are returned in different parts and time, Bakyard.biz reserves the right to not accept the returned order.
Bakyard.biz must receive the returned merchandise within 30 working days from the date you received the products.
If the previously mentioned conditions are respected Bakyard.biz will return the total price of the products minus the total cost of the shipping. The return expenses will be on your charge.

• Refund Procedure

After Bakyard.biz received and controlled your returned products, and that the return forms have been respected, you will receive an e-mail that confirms the refund. The refund takes place within 30 working days from the date in which Bakyard.biz received the returning merchandise.
